Terms of Service

The service

Badara AI is a software platform that helps home-service businesses respond to leads, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments, send reminders and manage customer communication. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts & trial

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep your credentials confidential. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial; a payment method is required to start the trial, and your first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings → Billing. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, as described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful messaging, spam, harassment, or sending communications to recipients without a lawful basis; no attempts to access other customers' data; no reverse engineering or reselling of the platform. You are responsible for compliance with messaging laws (including TCPA and applicable marketing-consent rules) for the communications you send through the service.

Connected integrations

When you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe or Facebook, you authorize Badara AI to access those services on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you may disconnect them at any time from Settings → Integrations.

AI-generated content

Badara AI uses artificial intelligence to draft replies, qualify leads and summarize conversations. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing communications sent to your customers when using approval-based workflows.

Your data

You retain ownership of your business data. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You grant Badara AI the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badara AI's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed leads caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the service ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions:
