Refund Policy

Free trial

Every Badara AI plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing before the trial ends and no charge will occur.

Subscription fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. When your trial ends, or when a monthly renewal is charged, that period of service has begun and payment is due for the full period.

Billing errors & exceptions

If you believe there was a billing error or an exceptional circumstance, you may contact Badara Support for review. Please reach out within 30 days of the charge and include the invoice number and a brief description.

Discretion

Badara reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. If you cancel during your trial, access continues until the trial expires and no charge is made. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
